Biofield Corp.'s Reverse Stock Split and Uplist Off the Pink Sheets to the OTCBB Approved Effective June 20

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Biofield Corp. (OTC:BZEC) today reported that NASDAQ has advised Biofield that its 1 for 10 reverse split of its common stock will take effect June 20. Biofield’s new stock symbol will be BZEC.
