WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 2005--Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:BASI) announced today that it has closed on the previously announced sale of its downtown Baltimore, Maryland property to The Kevin F. Donahoe Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The sale price was $6.5 million, paid at the close. Concurrently, the Company completed a three-year leaseback of a substantial portion of the building for use while it procures new space in the Baltimore area.
