(NASDAQ:WMGI), a global orthopaedic medical device company, announced today that its PATH(TM) technique for less invasive total hip arthroplasty will be featured in a live surgical training session at the spring Current Concepts In Joint Replacement (CCJR) course, taking place May 22-25 in Las Vegas. The surgical instruction will be conducted by PATH(TM) technique and instrumentation designer, Brad Penenberg, M.D., founder and former Co-Director of the Cedars-Sinai Institute for Joint Replacement, current Director of the Joint Replacement Institute of Southern California and renowned pioneer in the field of less invasive joint replacement surgery.
