Thomas J. Brady Named Chief Medical Officer Of San Jose’s CRC Health Group, Nation’s Largest Substance Abuse Treatment Provider

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Tom Brady, M.D., M.B.A. has been hired as Chief Medical Officer of CRC Health Group, Inc., of San Jose, CA, the nation’s largest substance abuse treatment provider.

Dr. Brady is an addiction psychiatrist certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is also board certified in general, child and adolescent, and forensic psychiatry, and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He comes to CRC with nearly twenty years of medical leadership in the health care field including Regional Medical Director and Acting Corporate Medical Director for a large managed behavioral healthcare organization (Managed Health Network of San Rafael). He has been Medical Director of five treatment programs with three health provider institutions, including Medical Director for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of St. Mary’s Medical Center in Northern California. He also served as Chair of the Department of Psychiatry of St. Mary’s Medical Center and has maintained a long and successful private practice in San Francisco.
