Mr. Khavinson, a founding partner of Stelex, has over 18 years experience in strategic business management. He has held a wide variety of positions in the Medical Device and Consulting Industries. Most recently, he has served as the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Planning for Vital Signs, Inc. Mr. Khavinson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Temple University.
