Launched within the last month, SourceOne is combining its radiographic consumables and medical imaging equipment sales forces into one, combined sales organization. This means customers will now have a single point of access to the company’s broad offering of products and services, including more than 25 equipment lines and 25,000 consumables and other supplies used in medical imaging.
With the new structure, customers will have a dedicated, Account Executive who will manage all aspects of their account. As part of the restructure, SourceOne also formalized a team of technical and product specialists in areas such as women’s health and image networking/PACS who can be brought in at any time to help facilitate clinical solutions planning, applications training, installation and service. Providing yet another layer of support is SourceOne’s inside Customer Care Team based in Mentor, Ohio. This customer care team is comprised of representatives who are specifically focused on providing added support to national accounts, addressing region-specific needs, and tracking account activity.
