SINGAPORE, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- On 12-14 October, Singapore will play host to BioMedical Asia (BMA) 2004 / BioTechnica Asia (BTA) 2004, the largest biomedical conference and exhibition in Asia Pacific. BMA-BTA 2004 will bring together industry leaders, venture capitalists, research scientists and industry professionals from Asia and around the world to discuss the latest trends in the biomedical industry. The theme of the conference is “The Science Behind the Drug.”

BMA-BTA 2002 attracted approximately 800 conference delegates and 2,400 exhibition visitors. This year, BMA-BTA 2004 expects participation of up to 1,000 conference delegates, 3,000 trade visitors and more than 100 exhibitors.
