NEW YORK, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The sanofi-aventis Group announced today that the U.S. affiliate’s headquarters for the newly formed company will be located in Bridgewater, New Jersey, while some central services will be maintained in New York City.
The Bridgewater campus served as the U.S. headquarters for Aventis. Sanofi-Synthelabo Inc, a member of the sanofi-aventis Group, has approximately 600 employees at its current U.S. headquarters in New York City, most of whom will be offered a position at the new Group. The move, which is expected to take several months, will consolidate the U.S. operations of the sanofi- aventis Group.
