Kristian Cvetkovic has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and can look back on a 15-year long career in a cross-industry setting. After several years of entrepreneurial work in the IT sector (software development and online technology with a global sales structure) he moved five years ago to the Thorburn Geiger Group, an international consultancy, in Lausanne. He was responsible there for the set-up and rapid development of the Medical Devices division, which is due especially to his in-depth scientific unde- rstanding, his broad network as well as his global market and product expertise. The strategic and sector-specific specialisation enables him to have a recruiting scope which stretches from science through to marketing. In this connection, he staffs not only inter- national middle and top level positions, but also supports his customers with the opti- misation of their organisational structures, with change management processes or with the development of sales structures.
