Rotech Healthcare Inc. (Pink Sheets:ROHI) (the “Company”) today reported that net revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004, were $133.4 million versus net revenues of $145.7 million for the same period last year. The Company reported net earnings of $10.4 million for the second quarter as compared to a net loss of $6.7 million for the second quarter of 2003. Diluted earnings per share were $0.40 for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004, versus a diluted loss per share of $0.27 for the same period last year.
