Ron Ho Named President & CEO of U-Systems

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--U-Systems, the innovative leader in dedicated breast ultrasound systems, has appointed Ron Ho as President & Chief Executive Officer.

As a recognized business leader, Ho brings in more than 20 years of executive management as well as engineering and production expertise in organizations from early phase to Fortune 500. He has proven to be an effective organizational builder with solid leadership, strategic, and analytical skills.

Ho joins U-Systems from Metron Systems, Snoqualmie, WA, an advanced laser scanning company which provides highly accurate 3D measurement of complex parts for the medical and aerospace industries. He served as president and CEO and led the technology start-up company to develop and commercialize an advanced optical measurement system. Prior to joining Metron Systems, he was the Vice President of the Transducer Business Unit and Vice President of Ultrasound Engineering for Siemens Medical Solutions – Mountain View, California Ultrasound Group. Ho has several ultrasound-related patents and has earned both his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from the University of Washington.
