Collaboration to Research Biomarkers and In Vitro Diagnostics August 30, 2007 -- Phillips, the Dutch consumer electronics and medical device multinational company, will build a research lab in Shanghai, China, together with the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS), which is part of the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences (SIBS).
