CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZOLL Medical Corporation (Nasdaq GS: ZOLL), a manufacturer of resuscitation devices and related software solutions, announced today that Ottawa Paramedic Service (OPS), which provides emergency medical services to the Canadian capital city of Ottawa, Ontario, has awarded ZOLL over a $2 million contract to supply defibrillators for its municipal and public access programs. Under the terms of the agreement, OPS will purchase 113 E Series® defibrillators, 44 AED Plus® units, and 84 AED Pro® models from ZOLL for use on the city’s EMS, fire and police service vehicles and various community centers.
