MUMBAI: With a view to entering drug retailing business, Natco Pharma Ltd has acquired a pharmacy outlet NICK’s Drug Store in the United States. The acquisition was made by an American partnership firm in which Natco Pharma holds a 75 per cent majority stake, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
