This relationship will provide physicians, nurses and pharmacists with access to Lexi-Comp clinical content integrated into clinicians’ workflow through multiple Cerner Millennium(R) modules. In addition, Cerner clients will have the opportunity to purchase the following Lexi-Comp clinical reference applications: Lexi-Comp(R) ONLINE(TM), ON-HAND(TM), ON-WEB(TM), ON-DESKTOP(TM), and the Lexi-Comp(R) Knowledge Solution(TM).

The agreement facilitates the integration of Lexi-Comp’s pediatric dosage information, including minimum and maximum dosing guidelines and medication order sets, into Cerner’s PharmNet(R), Easy Script(R) and Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) module systems.
Cerner clients will now be able to add other Lexi-Comp datasets within the healthcare IT leader’s Executable Knowledge(R) solutions, including Anesthesiology and Critical Care, Geriatrics, Infectious Diseases, Laboratory Medicine and Pharmacogenomics content areas. In addition, clients will also have the option to access Lexi-Comp’s patient education materials.
This synergy between Lexi-Comp and Cerner harnesses both organizations’ commitment to deliver practical solutions at the point-of-care. Each partner understands the importance of both reference-based applications and data- driven knowledge solutions integrated into hospital systems that utilize decision support alerts.
