Health Industries Research Companies (HIRC) announced today that it will be introducing a new service offering in 2005 -- the Managed Markets Audit Service (MMAS). The MMAS is a biannual survey of pharmacy and medical directors from major health plans, compiling their assessments of the major pharmaceutical companies' promotional activity. The MMAS provides pharmaceutical companies with an inside evaluation of how their industries' account managers are working to improve access and sales with leading managed care customers.
