WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services will release flu related b-roll footage via satellite tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7, 2009. The footage includes images of the H1N1 vaccine being manufactured and tested and distributed, as well as footage of individuals visiting a doctor’s office.
