Third-Quarter Financial Performance •Total revenues were $69.8 million, compared with $59.8 million for the third quarter of last year. •On a GAAP basis, net income was $5.7 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2011, compared with net income of $3.7 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the same period last year.
