March 3rd, 2011 – Richmond, British Columbia, Canada – Empower Technologies Corporation (EPT - TSX Venture), announces that it has retained Teatyn Enterprises Inc. (“Teatyn”) to provide investor relation services. The agreement between Empower and Teatyn is for one year ending February 28, 2012 and provides for compensation of $5,000 per month plus 500,000 options to acquire up to that number of common shares at $0.22 per share until February 28, 2013. The Teatyn option is subject to a twelve month vesting period where the options will vest evenly over that period and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
