Colley Clarke Appointed CFO of Biosign Technologies Inc.

TORONTO, April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Biosign Technologies Inc.(TSXV: BIO) (“Biosign”) announces the appointment of Colley Clarke as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Clarke is known for his financial leadership of TSX Venture Exchange and NASDAQ listed companies in the technology, media and communications industries. He will oversee Biosign’s finance, accounting and investor relations functions, while focusing on the company’s growth and profitability. Reporting to President and CEO, Dr. Radu Leca, Mr. Clarke will be involved in strategic planning, operations and executive recruiting.

Mr. Clarke has served as CFO of Redknee Solutions Inc., The Descartes Systems Group Inc., BCE Media, Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. and WPP Group Plc. Mr. Clarke currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee for the Edleun Group, Inc. He is a Chartered Accountant, with an MBA from the Ivey School of Business in London.

Mr. Clarke succeeds Scott Worthington, who has decided to leave the company following the departure of Chief Executive Peter Tassiopoulos last week.
