Mr. Toomey brings 20 years of employee benefits expertise and health plan management to the company.

Prior to joining CIGNA, he served as the market head of national accounts for Aetna in the Pacific Northwest, responsible for national account strategy, sales and service for eight states. Toomey also worked in the Los Angeles area leading national sales and new business development for Aetna. He maintains offices in both CIGNA HealthCare’s Dallas and Houston offices.
