CBH will provide services to the employees of North Carolina-based Key Risk Management and PBM Graphics, and Virginia-based Thales North America, Inc. Combined, CBH will serve more than 3,000 new participants.
Employee assistance and work/life programs help improve workplace productivity and job satisfaction by providing employees and their dependents with support and referrals for a wide range of issues, such as substance abuse, stress, anxiety and help for family concerns about elder care, child care, financial planning or other needs. CBH participants also gain 24/7 access to referrals and information via the CBH website and may be eligible for the company's new online coaching program as well.
