November 10, 2011 -- China Resources Medications Group will form a one billion RMB ($158 million) joint venture with Zhangzhou Pientzehuang Pharma. China Resources will own 51% of the entity, while Pientzehuang Pharma will be the minority partner. Pientzehuang will contribute eight products to the JV, which plans to build a 200,000 square meters pharmaceutical industrial park in Zhangzhou, Fujian province. More details....
