FT. WORTH, Texas, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- CBCA Administrators named Kenneth Di Bella as its CEO, effective September 1, 2005. Mr. Di Bella joined CBCA when Bridge Benefits, a company he founded, was acquired by CBCA in June, 2005. Since then, he has served as CBCA’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
