SAN DIEGO, CA and SINGAPORE – October 17, 2012 – BioSero LLC and XentiQ Pte Ltd announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance that brings together the resources and technologies of an internationally renowned design and manufacturing company with local market expertise, service capabilities and brand recognition throughout North America. This partnership will allow each company to directly address the life science market with new, high quality manufactured products originally directed at increasing throughput and reducing associated costs associated with repetitive laboratory processes.
Under the terms of the definitive agreement, BioSero LLC will receive the exclusive rights to distribute XentiQ products and the companies will collaborate on the design and development of new technologies specifically aimed at small, modular automated systems capable of being integrated to form complete laboratory solutions.
