San Francisco, March 7 (By Suvarna Bhatt, BioSpace) – Australia based biopharmaceutical company, Apollo Life Sciences announces the appointment of Mr Bill Moss as an independent non-executive director of the company. With the appointment, Apollo will place four million shares at the initial public offering price of 50 cents per share, raising $2 million.
