ALLEN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (Nasdaq:ATRI) today announced its quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on December 15, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2006.
