(“Anodyne Medical Device”) announced today that it has executed definitive purchase agreements for the acquisition of Anatomic Concepts, Inc. (“Anatomic Concepts”) from Anatomic Global, Inc. It is anticipated the transaction will close on or before September 30, 2006.
