(AmBio), a biotechnology innovator and creator of the market-leading Mosquito Magnet(R) mosquito defense system, today announced the completion of a $15 million Series B round of financing led by previous investor, Chicago-based Ritchie Capital Management, LLC. The funding will be used to initiate commercialization of AmBio's patent-pending, networked mosquito abatement system, a new category of biting insect management products targeted at commercial and institutional customers. Earlier investors also participated in the round.
