DALLAS, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Accuro Healthcare Solutions, Inc., (Accuro) today announced the promotion of executive vice president and COO Brent McCarty to president. He will remain chief operating officer.

McCarty has more than 17 years as a senior executive in the healthcare industry, specifically in multi-site healthcare companies. Before joining Accuro, he was executive vice president-COO at SemperCare, a long-term acute care hospital company with 17 hospitals in 11 states and annual revenues in excess of $180 million. SemperCare was acquired by Select Medical Corporation in January 2005.
