Accredo Health, Incorporated (NASDAQ: ACDO) today reported results for its first quarter ended September 30, 2004. Revenues for the quarter increased 24% to $416,126,000 compared to $334,984,000 for the same period in fiscal 2004. Net earnings decreased 27% to $12,856,000, or $0.26 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 compared to $17,508,000, or $0.36 per diluted share, for the same period in fiscal 2004. As previously announced, the Company expensed approximately $4.4 million ($2.7 million net of tax) in unamortized debt issuance costs associated with the replacement and expansion of its Senior Credit facility during the quarter ended September 30, 2004. Excluding the charge, diluted earnings per share would be $0.32 for the quarter ended September 30, 2004.
