Canopy, a Web-based software solution that automates case management, will streamline patient care coordination processes and improve revenue cycle for the various-sized organizations.

Mercy Health System is a network of more than 50 facilities in 21 communities, across seven counties in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Thomas Hospital is an expanding 150-bed facility serving Alabama’s Baldwin County, where the population is expected to grow by more than 60 percent in the next 15 years.
