A4 Health Systems’ Canopy Care Management Solution Is System Of Choice For Three Healthcare Organizations

CARY, N.C., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- A4 HEALTH SYSTEMS(R), a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions, announces today Canopy(R) Care Management Solution has been selected by a trio of leading hospital organizations: Solaris Health System, Edison, N.J.; Thomas Hospital, Fairhope, Ala.; and Mercy Health System, Janesville, Wis. Canopy, a Web-based software solution that automates case management, will streamline patient care coordination processes and improve revenue cycle for the various-sized organizations.

Mercy Health System is a network of more than 50 facilities in 21 communities, across seven counties in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Mercy Hospital, a 268-bed medical center, and Mercy Walworth Medical Center will automate their care management with Canopy to reduce avoidable days and clinical denials as well as enhance patient care.

Thomas Hospital is an expanding 150-bed facility serving Alabama’s Baldwin County, where the population is expected to grow by more than 60 percent in the next 15 years.
