Azura Vascular Care brand rolls out in Northeast Florida

MALVERN, Pa., May 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- American Access Care of Jacksonville today announced that, as part of a phased brand rollout, it will now be known as Azura Vascular Care Jacksonville. Rishi Razdan, MD, board certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology, is the Medical Director of the facility and leads this highly trained clinical team specializing in dialysis access management for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), minimally invasive vascular procedures, and image-guided oncologic treatments. Azura Vascular Care Jacksonville is located at 2416 Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida.
