Aeglea BioTherapeutics Inc., an Austin biotech company concentrated in the cancer treatment field, has filed paperwork with the SEC to conduct an initial public stock offering. The filing shows the company plans to raise $86.2 million.
Aegela is an early-stage company with only 14 employees but it has already attracted lots of attention and money from investors.
