ALLEN, TX--(Marketwire - August 03, 2010) - Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) today announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 36 cents per share to 42 cents per share. Specifically, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 30, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2010.
