Athletico Physical Therapy has expanded into the Dallas, Texas and Tucson, Arizona markets.
OAK BROOK, Ill., May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Athletico Physical Therapy has expanded into the Dallas, Texas and Tucson, Arizona markets. This marks Athletico’s first entry into Texas, and expands Athletico’s footprint in Arizona to fourteen clinics. This expansion is driven by two acquisitions that are increasing patient access to quality physical therapy.
Athletico entered Tucson and Dallas through the acquisition of Maximum Impact Physical Therapy (MIPT). Founded in 2005 by Darren and Eliza Bayliss, MIPT operates four clinics in each market and offers physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy, workers’ compensation, workplace ergonomics, job analysis and other specialty therapy services.
Athletico expanded its presence in Tucson, Arizona with an additional three clinics through its acquisition of Noonan Physical Therapy & Associates. Founded by Mike and Katie Noonan in 2001, Noonan Physical Therapy operates three clinics in Tucson focusing on physical and occupational therapy, including manual therapy, certified hand therapy, dry needling, massage therapy, vestibular training and women’s health.
“We are proud to partner with these best-in-class organizations, and look forward to continuing to provide the outstanding care that these communities have come to expect,” said Mark Kaufman, president and founder of Athletico. “We are thrilled for both teams to join Athletico and are excited to continue growing in Arizona and Texas.”
