The Company reported net income for the 2012 second quarter of $1.2 million, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, compared with $903,000, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, for the same prior year period. The Company reported net income for the six months ended June 30, 2012 of $5.5 million, or $0.06 per basic and $0.05 per diluted share, compared with a net income of $6.4 million, or $0.11 per basic and $0.10 per diluted share, for the same prior year period.
