(ACC), a leading manufacturer of endotoxin and beta-glucan detection products, today announced that its parent company Seikagaku Corporation (SKK) has spun off a new wholly owned subsidiary, Seikagaku BioBusiness Corporation, to which ACC will now be a wholly owned subsidiary. Seikagaku BioBusiness Corporation, which will locate to a new corporate facility in Tokyo, generates about 6 billion yen per year in sales.
