NEW HAVEN, Conn., Dec. 15, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arvinas, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARVN), a clinical-stage biotechnology company creating a new class of drugs based on targeted protein degradation using its PROTAC® Discovery Engine, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,714,286 shares of its common stock at a price of $70.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Arvinas has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 857,142 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares are being offered by Arvinas.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Piper Sandler & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and BMO Capital Markets are acting as co-managers for the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about December 18, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
