STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In advance of Artimplant’s (STO:ARTIB) Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 3, 2007, Artimplant’s Nominating Committee has decided to propose that Ingemar Kihlström, Lennart Ribohn and Dick Söderberg be re-elected as members of the Board of Directors. Birgit Stattin-Norinder declines re-election. The Nominating Committee has also decided to propose Anna Malm Bernsten, currently deputy board member, and Wenche Rolfsen as new members.
