The Nature's Bounty Co. Names Ted McCormick as Chief Financial Officer

RONKONKOMA, N.Y., /PRNewswire/ -- The Nature's Bounty Co., a global leader in health and wellness, today announced that Ted McCormick is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to President and CEO Paul Sturman, effective December 10, 2018.

In this role, Mr. McCormick will be responsible for all aspects of the company's global Finance and Information Technology functions, including strategy, planning and analysis, internal audit, tax and enterprise systems.

Most recently Mr. McCormick was CFO of Roland Foods LLC, the largest branded specialty food importer in the U.S. In that role he oversaw the successful transformations of the Finance and IT functions, significantly upgrading systems and capabilities. Prior to Roland Foods, Ted held a number of senior finance roles at Unilever across its global Supply Chain, Foods and Home & Personal Care businesses; most notably as CFO at the Pepsi/Lipton Partnership and CFO at Ben & Jerry's.

Mr. McCormick holds degrees from the University of Vermont in Burlington and Columbia Business School.
