Prasco Laboratories Announces Agreement With WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation for the Authorized Generic of Dibenzyline®
CINCINNATI, May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Prasco Laboratories announced today it has signed an exclusive distribution and supply agreement with WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corp. for Phenoxybenzamine Hydrochloride Capsules, USP. As part of the agreement, Prasco, LLC is prepared to immediately market the authorized generic of DIBENZYLINE® (phenoxybenzamine hydrochloride capsules, USP), upon the first U.S., AB-rated generic entrant. The authorized generic will be marketed in the U.S. in 10 mg capsules under the Prasco label.
