Ossur Americas, a medical device maker that’s part of Iceland’s Ossur HF, is moving its headquarters and combining operations in Foothill Ranch. The maker of prosthetic lower limbs signed a six-year lease valued at about $5 million for a 37,144-square-foot office building at 27051 Towne Center Drive, according to sources.
