McCann Health Named among Top 10 'Best Places to Work' by Ad Age
PARSIPPANY, N.J., /PRNewswire/ -- McCann Health today was named to Ad Age's 2019 "Best Places to Work" list, ranking ninth among all North American ad agencies, ad tech firms, media companies and marketing companies with more than 200 employees. McCann Health, which is based in Parsippany, N.J., is the first and only healthcare marketing firm in New Jersey selected for this prestigious ranking of workplace environments since Ad Age initially launched this annual industry evaluation in 2010.

In developing the 2019 list, Ad Age partnered with Latitude Research to identify 50 workplaces, 25 with more than 200 employees and the other half with fewer than 25 staffers. This survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in the marketing and media industry, benefiting the industry's economy, workforce and businesses. The selected winners reflect the highest overall numerical scores based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from employees. There are six key satisfaction areas that are factored into the ranking: employee benefits, company culture, employee development, company environment, employee engagement and employee perks.
