The international symposium, sponsored in part by Autism Speaks, the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development at the United States National Institute of Health (NIH), and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), serves as a forum to address the scientific, clinical, ethical, and related aspects of translating new Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) genetic discoveries into clinical screening and diagnostic tools.
