TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Digital camera and medical equipment maker Fujifilm Holdings Corp said it will spend up to 155 billion yen ($1.45 billion) to take control of Toyama Chemical Co as it seeks a foothold in the pharmaceuticals market.
