BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., May 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYCC) (Nasdaq:CYCCP) (Cyclacel or the Company), today announced that it has closed its previously announced underwritten offering of 6,833,334 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.00 per share (which includes 166,667 shares of common stock that were issued pursuant to the underwriters' 30-day option to cover overallotments), for gross proceeds of approximately $20.5 million.
