ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2006--Bausch & Lomb (NYSE:BOL - News) has named Dwain L. Hahs to be senior vice president and president of its Asia Region, effective May 1. Hahs, 53, was most recently Bausch & Lomb corporate senior vice president and senior vice president - Global Operations & Engineering, a post that Gerhard Bauer, Ph.D., now assumes. Bauer, 50, has been Bausch & Lomb vice president of Global Operations & Engineering for Europe since 2001.
