Onex Completes Acquisition Of Center For Diagnostic Imaging
Onex Corporation announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. ("CDI") in a transaction valued at approximately $225 million. The completion of this transaction follows receipt of regulatory approval and was in accordance with terms previously announced.
