Duft Biotech Closes $1.2 Million Financing And Completes Qualifying Transaction

Duft Biotech Capital Ltd. (DUF:TSX-VEN) is pleased to announce the Company has closed its Short Form Offering Document financing for gross proceeds of $1.2 million (six million units at $0.20 a unit, each unit consisting of one share of the Company and one warrant for the purchase of an additional share of the Company for a price of $0.30 until May 13, 2005). There are now 12,784,404 shares issued and outstanding including 4,876,475 shares subject to a three-year value escrow agreement.
